Load Iron (“the app”) is a strength-training product for coaches and athletes, including high school athletes. This policy describes what we collect and why. The product is designed to collect only what the workout needs.

Who we are

Load Iron is operated by Q6 Labs. Contact: q@q6labs.com.

What we collect

We do not collect birthdate, photos, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, or free-text public bios in the current product. There is no athlete-to-athlete messaging and no public social profile.

How we use data

We do not sell personal data. We do not use fitness data for advertising.

Processors

We use service providers who process data on our behalf:

Sharing inside a team

Coaches on your team can see athlete lifting data needed to coach. Teammates may see limited PR board fields (display name, lift, value). Leaving a team removes team surfaces according to the product’s access rules.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and lifting data while your account is active. You can export your data and delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes your account, maxes, logs, and memberships as implemented in the app. Backups may lag for a short period.

Children and teens

Load Iron is not directed at children under 13. We ask users to confirm they meet the age threshold we support. Schools may treat student data as education records; a separate school agreement may apply before a school adopts the app.

Security

Access to data in the product is protected with authentication and row-level security policies. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
