These terms govern use of Load Iron, operated by Q6 Labs. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Load Iron helps coaches design strength programs and gives athletes prescribed loads, sets, and reps. It is a training aid, not medical advice, and not a substitute for qualified coaching or clinical care.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must meet the minimum age we support (13+) or use the app only under a school or parent arrangement that allows it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user’s data without authorization
Do not abuse sign-in, join codes, or team invitations
Do not use the service to harass or harm minors
Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the service except as allowed by law

Coaches and schools

If you invite athletes, you represent that you have authority to do so and that you will handle student information according to your school’s policies and applicable law. A separate school agreement may be required before a school-wide rollout.

Training risk

Strength training involves risk of injury. Athletes should follow coach instruction and stop if something feels wrong. Q6 Labs does not supervise your weight room.

Intellectual property

The app, branding, and software are owned by Q6 Labs or its licensors. You keep rights to the training data you enter. You grant us a license to host and process that data to provide the service.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features may change. Early access may be limited or revoked.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Q6 Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

Termination

You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access for misuse or risk to users. Provisions that should survive will survive.
